What does a job actually cost?
We quote a fixed price before any work starts, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay. No hourly rates and no bill shock, and the quote covers the whole job.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Our pricing is a fixed quote before any work starts, so you know the full cost up front. There are no hourly rates, and the price we give you is the price you pay.
Do you offer any discounts?
New customers get $50 off first service, and pensioners receive a 10% pensioner discount. For larger jobs, Humm interest-free finance is available so the cost can be spread out.

Can you come out today if my cooling dies?
Yes, we hold 24/7 emergency availability, and urgent air conditioning issues get a Within-the-Hour Response where availability allows. Ring and we will tell you honestly when we can be there.
Do you work outside Blakeview?

We are. The work is carried out under ARC Licence L162586, an RAC01 Full Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence, which covers installation, service, decommissioning and refrigerant handling.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry full insurance, and every job is backed by a Lifetime Labour Warranty. If a fault occurs due to workmanship, the team returns and fixes it at no cost.

Should I repair my old unit or replace it?
If the unit is past ten years old, needs repeat call-outs, or the repair quote approaches half the cost of a new system, replacement usually wins. We quote both options honestly.
Will ducted suit my house?

Is evaporative cooling worth it here?
Adelaide's dry heat is exactly what evaporative cooling is built for, and it is cheap to run. It needs windows or vents open and it does not heat, so we talk that through first.
